Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped by Waxory
- Are in their original condition
- Show manufacturing defects
- Were incorrectly shipped items
- Have quality issues
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized candles
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or burned candles
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Return Process
- Contact us at ask@waxory.com to initiate your return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Ship to our return address (provided after approval)
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your return
- We'll notify you about the status of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Partial Returns
For orders containing multiple items:
- You may return individual items
- Refunds will only be issued for returned items
- Original shipping costs remain non-refundable
- Bundle or set discounts may be adjusted
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item:
- Take photos of the damage
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and damage details
- We'll provide specific return instructions
- Shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by Waxory
